Despatch Estimates

All carpet and rubber mats are manufactured to order. This means we cut the mats based on the order received.

We estimate tailored mats will be despatched about 5 to 10 working days after payment. Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays.

Please do allow more time if you choose embroidery or custom trim options and to cater for any eventuality or busy periods of the year, such as dates of new registration numbers or Christmas.

Stock Levels

We do not generally hold any tailored mats in stock, as there are simply too many colour and quality combinations to meet the requirements. The advantage is that every colour, trim, quality and embroidery combination offered is always available.

Delivery Cost

All orders to the UK and Ireland are FREE! This includes all of England, Scotland and Wales too regardless of postcode or distance.

Deliveries to other locations will automatically add a small extra amount to the total order cost. If your destination is not available on the delivery address page, please contact us, as we can quote you for delivery to other countries and continents on a per-order basis.

Delivery Times and Methods

Mainland UK

All deliveries to mainland UK are sent using FedEx or Yodel. This sometimes takes 2 days, but delivery is not made at weekends.

You will need to sign for your goods.

The courier will attempt the first delivery and leave a card if necessary. They will usually re-attempt delivery on the following working day, although them may try to leave your package in a safe location or with a neighbour. They will include the details you need on a card through your door.

All Other Locations

All deliveries that go "over water", such as Ireland, Channel Islands and Scottish Isle are normally sent using ParcelForce. These usually take 2 to 3 working days and do not deliver at weekends.

You will need to sign for your goods.

ParcelForce will leave a card if they are unable to make the delivery on the first attempt. You can contact your local depot to make other arrangements for delivery or collection but they sometimes leave your delivery with your nearest post office. They will include the details you need on the card.

Vehicles

We have an extensive library of patterns for mats that will fit your vehicle as perfectly as the original manufacturer's parts.

Just locate the make and model of your vehicle to browse suitable products. If you can't find what you need, just contact us! We are able to manufacture custom carpets for any vehicle with your original mats as a template.

Features

Carpet mats come with an anti slip backing and optional heel pad.

Mats are fitted with a locking mechanism where appropriate to the vehicle.

Materials

Our Classic line of products are made from 550g/m² looped pile carpet and available in two colours.

The Luxury mats are a heavier 900g/m² cut pile carpet, available in eight colours.

The Ultimate car mats range is a very high quality 1300g/m² tufted pile carpet, almost three times the weight of the Classic!

Our Rubber floor mats are ideal for heavy duty use and winter months, made of heavy duty black rubber with black edge binding.

Binding

All of the mats have a default binding, but you can select an alternative colour for a small additional cost (not available with rubber mats).

Embroidery

Our optional embroidery is available in several different writing styles and colours. If you choose to add this to your order, the embroidery text will be stitched onto a backing material and heat-bonded to the mats. On front floor mats, these are positioned along the outside edge to face the door. If the text you enter is too wide to fit along the outside edge, it will be positioned across the centre of the mats facing the seats.
If you also choose rear mat embroidery, these are positioned across the centre of the mats facing the seats.
