Delivery
We aim to despatch your mats within 5-10 working days, although we always strive to deliver our products as quickly as possible. In some circumstances these times can be exceeded due to bad weather or other unforeseen issues.
Images, Prices, Products and Description
We constantly strive to make the information on our website as accurate as possible however were not liable for any errors or omissions which may have been missed.
We have tried to make the colours of the mats as accurate as possible however due to different monitor setting etc. some monitors can display a slightly different colour.
Cancellation, Returns and Faulty Products
Returning your mats because of fault:
If there is a problem with your mats when you receive them, please email us at and we will try to rectify the issue for you as a priority. Due to the nature of the product we will need proof of the fault such as photograph emailed to us so we can see the problem. You will not usually be required to return faulty goods to us.
Returning you mats because they are no longer required.
If you no longer require non-custom mats and they have not yet been shipped, then you can cancel your order. If the product has been shipped then you will have to pay to have them returned to us, and upon receipt we will refund the cost of the mats only. We are unable to accept the return of customized orders. We cannot usually cancel custom orders if they are already being manufactured so please contact us at the soonest if you have a problem. Please see our definition of what is considered a custom order below.
Returning because the wrong product has been ordered.
If you have ordered the wrong product don't panic! If we haven't shipped it then we will amend the order. If it has already been shipped then you will have to return the mats back to us and pay for the new set to be shipped out to you. If you have placed a custom order then generally you will have to pay for another set of mats, however this is at our discretion so please ask first. Please see our definition of what is considered a custom order below.
I’m not happy with the colour of the mats and it doesn’t quite match my car.
We cannot guarantee a colour match to the interior of your car. If you are unsure, we do have limited carpet samples available. Contact us and ask.
What is deemed as a custom order?
A custom order is any order which has an alternative binding option selected, which does not match our default product range. If you chose any embroidery, these are considered custom orders regardless of material or trim.
A standard order is an order which is selected from our default product range. Our website automatically selects the default binding when you select a material type and colour.
